Turnarounds!

I have been on site in Nevada for the last few weeks, helping a client turnaround his business. It has provided me with a wealth of experience that I want to share with all of you concerning the avoidance of having to hire me to help you do this. Turnarounds are the most nerve wracking of tasks, simply because of the restrictions placed on you by the lack of resources. It requires energy, passion, creativity and the ability to rally everyone around the situation.

Over the course of the next few weeks, we will visit the events and actions necessary to re-build yourself and/or do damage control while an exit strategy is planned and executed.
