**PUBLISHING UPDATE**

12-01-2008 You know it’s bad when you have to start dating your updates right? I have decided to self publish this book. No more publisher, delays etc… Will I lose a lot by doing this? Yes. But I will gain more in my opinion.  I will ship books to those who have pre-ordered them first - by December 20th. I have also decided to do several things differently.

1. I will offer the book as a digital download on the Building Better Restaurants website. Much easier for me, so sorry Amazon. Stay tuned for that bit of news. It will be posted on the BBR website along with the worksheets, workbooks, checklists etc…, that we will add over time. This is a huge project!
2. I will post, email or snail mail updates, revisions and additions as they become available for free to those who purchase the book - for the life of the book. These should be ready about one every 2 - 3 months or so. Check back to see as I will post updates on the BBR website as well.
