Restaurant Design is a very specialized design discipline. First and foremost a restaurant is a factory to create and prepare quality food products for a given menu. Second it is a place where people can work, interact, meet, entertain, and share their lives with other people or groups of people.

We at RCS believe in menu driven Restaurant Design. By that we mean that a client must have a well established menu of every food item, non-alcoholic drink, alcoholic drink, appetizers etc…they want to serve in their business. This detailed menu & drink menu will allow us to help the client develop the food service equipment requirements, layout, theme, ambiance, staffing and revenue / profit potential of the business.
