Who I AM
I'm not a theorist. For the first 20 years of my career, I worked in dining rooms, kitchens, and regional offices as a successful operator — and that's the difference.
The past 20 years, I've worked with national and international brands, independent owners, regional chains, and some of the most recognized franchisees in the world.
I've Coached 158 multi-unit leaders, 2,477 unit-level leaders, and nearly 17,000 hourly employees. My client-partners average an 18% increase in sales and profit, a 67% reduction in turnover, and a 22% decrease in costs.
That's not a pitch. That's a track record.
I built this practice because the industry failure rate is too high, turnover is atrocious, and too many operators are getting advice from people who've never run a lemonade stand.
