Sometimes a more complex situation demands that we look toward a consulting solution - especially when the scope of the change that is demanded cannot be overcome through the use of a Coaching paradigm. For these situations, we will talk at great length with you about your opportunity and mutually decide on the scope of the project and the level of involvement that RCS needs to plan for - whether it is facilitating and contributing intellectual capital.

In these situations, once the scope of the project has been determined, I will then price it and submit it to you for payment. All projects must be paid for in advance in full prior to its start.
