The short version
We don't use cookies. We don't run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. The calculators run entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent to us. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.
What happens when you visit
This site is a set of static pages served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and technical details sent by your browser such as its type and language. Cloudflare uses this data to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse, and may keep security logs for a limited time under its own policies. We don't use this data to identify or profile visitors.
Calculators and downloads
The calculators are small scripts that run on your device. The numbers you enter stay in your browser tab and disappear when you close it. When you download a CSV, the file is created on your device; no copy is sent to us.
If you write to contact@restaurantcoachingsolutions.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to read and reply to your message. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any list. We delete old correspondence when we no longer need it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to official sources, such as government agencies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Children
This site is written for restaurant owners and managers. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
