QFO: “What should you do if your employees are complaining about wages?

My Answer: “Good employees who are well communicated with and understand basic economics don’t complain about wages. If this isn’t yours, then you know what you need to do.

If the business or the employees aren’t growing then extra value has to be created (by both) in the forms of additional value for the customer or increased marketable skills for the employee. If this isn’t yours, then you know what you need to do.

The latter question is zero-sum thinking and a formula for losers.”
